Overview

The Multi-System Model of Resilience (MSMR) is a copyright-protected and empirically-validated, multi-dimensional model and measure of resilience capacity across different areas in one’s life. The MSMR digital application provides users with an opportunity to engage and learn about their personal resilience capacity, understand where they stand, and gain insights on how to improve their resilience. The project was built with NextJS and Strapi.

Installation

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Run the development server.
npm run dev
  1. Open http://localhost:3000 in your browser to see the result.
  2. Modify the “pages/index.js” file to start editing the page. The changes will be automatically updated as you edit the file.
